Many of these techniques will leave your opponent permanently injured, or could result in the death of your opponent. There are 20 lessons for defense and 20 lessons for offense This is combat art! This video was produced with the intent to teach you how to protect yourself on the streets without a weapon, not to promote violence. Each of the 40 lessons are taped at combat speed and then from two different angles at a slower demonstration speed with explanations.
